Refund and Return Policy
For Customers (Customer App)

Refund Eligibility: Only defective, spoiled, or missing items reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of the products, returns are not generally accepted unless previously approved.

Process: Email support@marchegro.com with your order ID and issue details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
For Delivery Partners (Delivery App)

Delivery partners are not liable for refunds unless deliberate negligence or violation of protocol is proven.

Misdeliveries must be reported immediately for resolution.

Any disputes will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.
